A: We recommend booking an appointment to ensure your preferred time and stylist. We do not offer walk-in appointments.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: For color services or busy times (weekends/evenings), we suggest booking at least 6-8weeks ahead. For regular cuts, 4-6 weeks in advance is the for the best.
Q: Do you offer consultations?
A: Yes! We offer consultations so we can understand your hair goals, discuss options, and provide an accurate price estimate.
Color & Treatments
Q: What’s the difference between highlights, balayage, and all-over color?
A: Highlights lighten sections of your hair for dimension, balayage creates a soft, hand-painted effect for a natural look, and all-over color changes the entire shade of your hair.
Q: Do you offer color correction?
A: Yes.
Q: What brands of color and products do you use?
A: We use high-quality, professional salon products to keep your hair healthy and vibrant. Your stylist can recommend the best formulas for your hair type. We are a Kevin Murphy and Milbon color line.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: For certain services (like color corrections or extensions), we may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer the spot to another guest.

A: Absolutely! When booking online or by text, you can choose your preferred stylist.

Hair Care & At-Home Maintenance
Q: How often should I get a haircut?
A: Most clients come every 6–12 weeks to keep their hair healthy and fresh, though it depends on your style and hair goals.

A: Yes! We want you to relax and enjoy your time with us, so we offer complimentary beverages and free Wi-Fi.

A: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and gift cards. Tips are welcome in cash or on card.
