Diona Ayers brings two decades of expertise and a globally recognized CIDESCO diploma to her work in esthetics and beauty therapy. She began her career after earning her cosmetology license from Merrell University in 2005 and went on to achieve the prestigious CIDESCO diploma in 2010, the highest international qualification in esthetics and a mark of global recognition and excellence.

Her career includes advanced training at one of the Midwest's top-rated spas, where she refined her skills and gained extensive hands-on experience. She is certified in skin and scalp analysis, chemical peels, facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, microneedling, Swedish massage, and HydraFacial. She is also trained in laser services, body treatments, eyelash extensions, waxing, and South Seas spray tanning. In addition, Diona holds certifications in leading skincare lines, including PCA Skin, Eminence Organics, Dermalogica, HydroPeptide, SkinCeuticals, and IMAGE Skincare.

Dedicated to growth and lifelong learning, Diona is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Chamberlain University’s accelerated BSN program.
